From the best place to live 924 Bel Air Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90077, to the worst place to live Cistrunk Rd, Macon, MS 39341  the WORLD is economically divided. Demeanor of a community determines the price. Bel Air is not a good place to live if you are poor and Macon is not a good place to live if you are rich.

Bel Air, Macon doesn’t stand a chance to be the winner in the battle of rich verse poor. The Philadelphia Metropolitan has that mix of culture and revolution that make it desirable for the rich and the poor.

As a REALTOR® from Ambler, PA I have had the chance to interact with some of the most interesting people who want to buy and sell their homes. Open houses on Sunday with the hope that the Eagles aren't playing football. The Philadelphia sports culture is surrounded by South Philly. A city with the cheesesteak as the most famous cultural food!

In the United States of America the median home price is about $235,000. That will get you a one bedroom in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelpha 1810 Rittenhouse Sq APT 210, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Home prices are on the rise throughout the country because the stock market is doing well and our country is on a good course. We are witnessing the drama of Washington DC unfold and the surge of Manhattan's real estate market. Both the rich and the poor can agree on one thing we all want to be better educated.

Education

Ivy League schools extend to Philadelphia. The University of Pennsylvania sits in West Philadelphia. Some of the oldest private k-12 schools are found throughout the city and into the suburbs. The oldest nonsectarian day school in the United States sits in Whitemarsh Township PA

GreatSchools offers a comprehensive analysis of data organized to help you compare schools. Property values are connected to how well each school system performs. Do your homework when shopping for a home.
