You can sell new presale homes that fit the needs of homebuyers.

As a skilled presale home specialist you will be a key person in communication and coordination with homebuyers and homebuilders from the time a house is started until completion.

You can sell speculative homes at an early stage of construction.

As a presale home specialist you will know how to confidently sell a speculative home early, before construction completion. This should allow you to develop a close relationship with one or more homebuilders. If you can sell houses faster than other real estate professionals, in your market area, the homebuilders will know it.

You can list building sites.

You can list presale homes.

You can list speculative homes built by your presale home builder.

You can assist your homebuyers with marketing their resale home.

In some cases, you can get written permission from a building site owner to market a presale home on their site.

Any such agreement should be approved by your managing broker and/or a qualified real estate attorney.

One good building site and a reputable homebuilder is all you need to start a solid presale home program.

It is likely that, after you prove your ability to sell presale or speculative homes early, you will in time get to list some of his speculative homes and also sell him building sites.
