As soon as people hear you're in real estate, the first question is usually, How is the market doing? The real estate market is great in south Florida. Sure, we are low on inventory and prices have crept up a bit, but interest rates are so low. It's a great time to buy or sell.
See how the market is doing. If you're a seller, it's a great time to sell. With inventory so low, you are likely to get a higher price for your home if you list it now. If you're a buyer, it's a great time to buy. Interest rates are low so you may be able to buy more house or pay less than you thought you would. Either way, it's a win-win.

So, what do you think? Please don't tell me, "and my friend said..." I know your friends mean well, but it's you who has to feel comfortable buying or selling a home.
