When it comes to kitchens, what type of flooring is best?

Written by Posted On Wednesday, 19 August 2015 07:18

The kitchen is the heart of the home and one of the first areas home buyers look at.  It can make or break the deal.  If your kitchen is outdated, it may turn off some buyers, especially those that don't have spending cash to remodel it.

Many home sellers realize the importance of this room and they may remodel or do some minor improvements prior to selling.  Sometimes, this is done right before putting your house on the market; other times, those intending to sell do a remodel and are planning ahead for the future - 5 or more years from now.

So, the natural questions are what will provide the most appeal to buyers?  Which is best for me?  Which gives me the highest ROI (return on investment).  These articles should come in handy both for those planning to sell as well as those planning to stay for a while.
