No Objection Certificates:

Getting an environment clearance NOC would also not be a problem if your builder is dependable.

 

Completion Certificate:

This certificate is usually issued by the municipal corporation. It certifies that the building is fully compliant with rules and has been developed according to the approved plans. This is one of the most important documents that you should check prior to buying a residential property.
