Attached is a press release from my publisher, OnCourse Learning, regarding the publication ofNew York Real Estate for Salespersons, 6th edition. Also recently published is a companion textbook, Cram for the Exam: Your Guide to Passing the New York Salesperson and Broker Exams, 6th edition. They are also the text for the online course published by Career Web School, a division of OnCourse Learning. The first edition of these textbooks were published almost 25 years ago and are still widely used throughout New York. These textbooks are adopted by proprietary schools and higher learning institutions. The textbook also includes an instructor manual, PowerPoint© presentation, and classroom exams that can be used for course approval. I hope that these latest editions will continue to serve prospective real estate licensees to obtain their real estate license in New York.
