Orlando-Realtor Paul Buscemi of RE/MAX Optima successfully completed how to build a New Homes Niche, recently approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission for 3 hours continuing education credit. In doing so, he also earned the New Homes Co-Broker designation (NHCB).

Many of those who purchase a new home did so as an option instead of renovating a resale home. According to the study by New Home Builders Inc., 35% of those shopping for resales will consider a new home. The challenge in today's market is to find the right agent to help both a new home shopper and a resale shopper & who can provide a high level of customer focused service.
