Every Listing Has a Story, But How Do You Tell It?

Written by Realty Times Posted On Wednesday, 02 October 2013 14:17

You have a dilemma. You have a listing that is unique. It may be the architecture, location, decor, or maybe just price, but there is a story here that needs to be told. Obviously you have entered the data in your MLS. However, in so many ways, that is just data. The blurb that the MLS allows you just doesn't cut it. What's worse, is your seller is expecting more - a lot more.

You can put in an article in the paper, if you can afford it. The payoff (commission) might not justify this expense. Also, if you buck up and pay for that article, what do you tell your other sellers.....you can go broke promoting your properties. But it's a must!

Sometimes you hear "if its too good to be true then it probably isn't" true....but this time it is. Realty Times is offering free marketing for you and your properties! We are allowing you to post 3 kinds of articles (notwithstanding creating a personal page with all of your contact info on it): Listing Articles, Advice Articles and Announcements.....all for FREE!

It will get your seller off your back and the articles will garner a lot more exposure than the listing sites. For each article an agent submits, the sellers can be emailed an alert about the article and how much traffic it's received - that's one thing you can't get from newspapers!

All of your contact info, photo and bio are included on each article --- now the seller is seriously impressed. And because this is free, you can post an article for each one of your listings along with advice articles or announcements from your company... there is no limit on articles!

Where else can  you get that visibility? Especially for free.
