Yes, it can be -- if you know what you're doing. Your ad must be very specific for it to reach the optimal amount of your target audience. To boost your ad being seen or clicked by the most people, remember to:

  • Have an original photo to go along with the ad
  • Fine tune your target audience demographics
  • Create value for the consumers with your ad

So, why aren't more realtors using Facebook?

    I can't agree more! Our team has been using facebook and twitter ads and driving traffic to a boldleads landing page. We've been pulling in about 6 leads a day and have signed 3 listings so far.

    I think the trick is to follow up regularly and not give up after 1 call.
