Market Conditions Reporting Benefits and Features

Once you sign up, you'll be able to report Market Conditions in up to five areas of your choice.

Every Report you submit will be featured on all of Realty Times Partner Sites.

Your Reports will be displayed in two ways:

1. Visitors will find the most recent reports by clicking on a state and city of their choice. Once on this page, they'll see the first few lines of the reports from every agent who has posted their opinions on the area. The most recent reports are featured at the top of the page. Each report includes:

  • Your reporting date.
  • A link to your "About Me" pop-up window.

In order to help you understand the ways you can use the Market Conditions Reporting Program, we've listed a few things to think about:

Prospects will find you on the most visited Real Estate web sites. Each Realty Times Partner site has an area of their site dedicated to "Market Conditions". This is where your name, photo, links, and opinions will be displayed on every Partner site. Click here to see our current partners.

Include as much detail when writing your opinion as possible. The more interesting your opinion is, the more interesting you are to the consumer. Also, you never know which factoid you include that will trigger a consumer to contact you.

Think of posting your opinion as a relocation tool. The first thing prospects ask about is the local market. What would you want people to know to entice them to move to your area and buy a home from you? That's the information that should go into your report.

Include information about as many of the relevant housing types for your area as possible so you and your market opinions are more appealing to a wider variety of consumers.

Update your opinions at least once a month. The most recently updated opinions appear first on the page, and are thus more likely to be viewed first. (Note: Realty Times may remove any opinions older than three months without notice).

Take advantage of all of the Market Conditions Reporting Program features including the "About me" section. The more you tell the clients before they contact you... the less you have to tell them once you talk to them. You can concentrate on helping them buy or sell... not going over basic details.

Please do not copy/paste others' research, work, or words without their permission. If you want to use comments or research by others, please include the name of the report, where it was published, the date of publication and the author.

One of the best things about being a Market Conditions Reporter™ is that you may be quoted in Realty Times articles or in other national publications. This is such an easy way to get free publicity and maximum EXPOSURE!
