What is the Monthly Print Version Newsletter? The Monthly Print Version Newsletter is a great tool to have for face-to-face situations. Each month, you will receive a link to your Print Version Newsletter. When you open that link, you'll see 8-10 new articles written by Realty Times Columnists. Each individual article is formatted to fit on one 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper along with your personal information and picture.
Since each article includes your personal contact information, every one you hand out will be another reminder of who you are and how much help you provide. If a specific article is useful, clients will hold on to it and remember that it came from you. Address your clients' specific needs with these personalized articles and become their most valuable information resource.
Does my printable version have all of the same features as the on-line version? No. The print version only has some of the same features including:
How will I receive the Monthly Print Version Newsletter? Each month, you will receive a link via e-mail. This link will take you to your personal Print Version Newsletter.
How will clients receive my Monthly Print Version Newsletter? Once you've printed the articles, there are several ways your clients will receive the newsletter:
Does Realty Times print the newsletter for me? No. The newsletter is sent to you in the form of a link. You can print the newsletter from your printer, or save the Adobe file to disk and take it to a printer.
How many copies can I make? Because you will be able to print the Print Version directly from your computer, or through a commercial printer, there is no limit to the amount of copies you can make.
Can I add my own articles? Yes. In addition to the 8-10 new articles you'll receive monthly, we'll also provide you with a blank template. This template has your picture and name at the top, and your contact information at the bottom - just like the other articles... but the center of the page is blank. How much does Monthly Print Version Newsletter cost? The Newsletter Print Version is $499.95 per year annually.
Is there a Print Version with Canadian content? There is not currently a Printed Version of the Canadian Edition of the Newsletter.
Do I have to subscribe to The Real Estate Update to get the Print Version? No, you can just subscribe to the Print Version if you do not also want The Real Estate Update.
How can I change the information on my printable newsletter? To change any of the information on your newsletter, please send the requested changes to our support staff at: printnewsletter@realtytimes.com. Make sure you include your name as it appears on your newsletter so that we'll know where to make the changes. We'll get it done and e-mail you upon completion within 24 hours.
