In order for any marketing program to be successful, it's important to take advantage of all of the features available. To help you benefit the most from your Mortgage Marketing Package, we have put together some helpful tips, and answers to commonly asked questions.

Custom Newsfeed for your site. Once we create your custom newsfeed, we will e-mail the link to you to add to your site. You'll never have to worry about site content again!

Your Control Panel. Each month, you will receive an e-mail notification, which includes your User ID and Password for your personal control panel. Once you’ve logged in, you can customize your newsletter features, change your contact information, and create and update your Market Conditions Reporting Program reports. Click here to login now.

Customize your e-Newsletter. To customize your newsletter, locate the appropriate section within your control panel, fill out the applicable field(s), and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to your newsletter to view the finished product. If you don’t like what you see, click the “Back” button on your browser and try again!

Post your Market Opinions. To create or update your market reports, log in to your control panel, click “Create Market Opinions Report,” fill out the field(s), include your opinion in the narrative section, and click “Submit.” Repeat these steps for up to five reports. Click here for important tips to remember when writing your reports.
Remember, your market reports will include a link to your Financial Wire newsletter, and vice versa.

Getting your e-Newsletter to Clients. You will need to send your newsletter to your client base each month. Included in your monthly notification is a prewritten message you can use to send to your clients. When your clients open your e-mail and click on the link in the message, they will be taken directly to your newsletter. Printing Your Newsletter. Once you uploaded your newsletter in Internet Explorer, you can print it right from your screen. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Printer Friendly Version" on your bottom tool bar. You will then be asked to set your margins, ensuring your newsletter prints on one 8.5 x 11" page. For each full article you wish to print, click on the article, and repeat these steps.
