Ginny Kavanaugh Recognized Among Nation’s Top Real Estate Professionals by REAL Trends

Mike James, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage San Francisco Bay Area, congratulates Ginny Kavanaugh, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Portola Valley office, for ranking among the nation’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With more than $85 million in sales volume in 2016, Kavanaugh was ranked No. 172 out of the top 250 agents in the U.S. by REAL Trends.

           

Kavanaugh is now a member of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national award ranking sponsored by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal. She is ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1.1 million Realtors® nationwide. The Thousand list includes four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential real estate agents and sales teams based on sales volume and transaction sides. Additionally, the top 50 agents and teams are ranked by average sales price.

In addition to The Thousand list, Ginny Kavanaugh ranked as No. 9 in the Top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker agents in Northern California, No. 4 on the San Francisco Peninsula and No. 1 in the Coldwell Banker Portola Valley office.

She is and has been the top producing agent in the company’s Portola Valley office since 1994. As a longtime resident of Portola Valley, Ginny is intimately familiar with the surrounding area and is a Global Luxury Specialist for Woodside, Portola Valley, Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.

An active member of the community, she has volunteered with several local groups and organizations. She is a member and has previously served as a co-president for the Advisory Board to the Portola Valley Schools Foundation and has served on the 21st Century Fund Committee.
