David Fletcher To Lead Co-Broker Training Discussion At NHBA's IBS in Orlando, January 12, 2017

Orlando - Homebuilders from throughout the world will get their chance to hear David Fletcher, founder of New Home Co-Broker Academy, share why home builders need to change their story to reach today's new homes co-brokers. 

Fletcher, conducted 11 seminars for Providence Golf Club in Davenport, Fl for more than 500 Realtors and will be reporting the results of an ongoing survey among attendees about their preferences and concerns when it comes to working with home builders vs selling resales. 

He is moderating a panel discussion in room w311c at 8:30am with Providence sales and marketing director Matt Brown, who took the initiative in January of 2016 to bring a consistent and effective co-broker training program to the six builders in his development, a master planned 2200 acre development about 30 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Realtor Mary Carpousis will be sharing how some new strategies taught increased her new homes sales.

David Fletcher spent more than 30 years as the exclusive listing broker for more than 70 new construction subdivisions and condominium communities. The full time onsite sales team he recruited, trained and supervised sold more than $3 billion in new construction. 

Today, as founder of New Home Co-broker Academy, he teaches real estate agents on an agent to agent level,how to find new home inventory and new home buyers and working with onsite sales teams. Agents completing his three-hour online course and passing the exam with a score of 80 earn the prestigious New Home Co-Broker certification. Florida agents also receive three hours of continuing education credit.
