Renovating a bathroom may seem like a huge undertaking, and, in many cases, it is. But you don't have to take the room down to the studs to get a fresh, new look. A new vanity may be all you need to reinvent and reinvigorate the space. And you don't have to travel far to find one. Lowe's and Home Depot have so many options, the hardest part will probably be choosing only one (or, maybe you'll be so inspired, you'll redo a couple of bathrooms!).

Before you go, be sure to measure your space and your existing vanity so you know what to look for - and what not to. Then, it's just a matter of figuring out your priorities and which style you want to showcase.

Modern

The 72" Amare double vanity with integrated sink brings some modern panache to your bathroom. The grey oak and floating cabinetry are both on trend - if you're looking for a super modern look and one that can help a bathroom feel airy, a floating vanity is a great way to go. This vanity also coordinates with the Amare linen storage cabinet, and the collection also comes in espresso if you're looking for a more classic color.

White

White cabinetry is clean, crisp, and classic, and is also on trend. Add the marble top that comes with this Wyndham Collection Sheffield White 72 inch undermount double sink bathroom vanity (with mirror included) and you have a chic, instant update. The Wyndham Collection also includes a freestanding linen cabinet and the vanity comes in a 29-inch size if you like the look but have less space to work with.

Antique

Blah bathroom not expressing your style? Add the OVE Decors Trent antique black 60-inch undermount double sink with cultured marble top and, all-of-a-sudden, you have a standout space highlighted by what looks like a heritage piece, but really just required a trip to Lowe's.

Beachy

You may not live on the coast, or even in a Cape Cod home, but that doesn't mean you can't bring that cottage-style, beachy cool feel to your bathroom. The Hamilton 61-inch double vanity comes in grey with a granite ton, has tons of storage and stylish louvered cabinet doors. Add linen storage and medicine cabinets to complete the look.

Luxe

Looking for a super high-end look for your bathroom? The Fresca Torino 108-inch double vanity in white with glass stone vanity top is just one of the luxury vanities (price: $3,000+) you can find that will take your bathroom to the next level.

Budget

On the other end of the spectrum are the budget vanity options. Remember to check the quality carefully when looking. A super budget vanity may not give you great longevity or be appropriate in a space that gets a ton of use (or that is used by children). But, if you just want a quick and cheap refresh, you can get a vanity like the Project Source White 24.5-inch single sink bathroom vanity with cultured marble top for under $100.

Guest bath

Your guest bath can be stylish and provide function, even if you have minimal space to work with. The Ashland 36.5-inch vanity in chocolate is modern and classic at the same time, and offers lots of drawers to hold bathroom essentials and a shelf at the bottom for decorative items and hand towels. It comes with the coordinating mirror.

Have even less space than that? Try the allen + roth Moravia Sable bathroom vanity, which measures only 23.5-inches wide and has a generous cabinet for storage.
