Put out a pitcher of iced tea, lemonade or bottles of cold water. Hors d'oeuvres, petit fours, cookies (and their fresh baked aroma) also say "welcome" Open blinds and windows and turn on all the lights to showcase your home.
4. Go 'poof!'
Get outta there! Homebuyers are uncomfortable with you, the owner, around. Take pets and their food and litter boxes with you.
