    The advise that hiring a professional cleaning crew is worth it is certainly right on the money. Even the nicest home with the most amenities will turn a buyer off if it is unclean. Potential homeowners see dirt and grime as signs of a poorly maintained home and that can translate in to no, or low, offers.
