Question: Why does our broker want to "register" us with new home builders?

Answer: By registering you with each builder when you visit a new home site, the broker is saying that he or she "introduced" you to the property and may have a commission claim if you buy and/or is acting as your buyer broker.. The broker is acting appropriately and properly.
