You've honed your swing to repeatable perfection. You know every tree, bush and rabbit hole on your home course. Your handicap has been whittled to a competitive edge. And now you've been transferred. For a true golf fanatic, the issue isn't moving - it's where you will be able to play your passion in your new city. Before you tee up on a move, check out a number of sites on the web devoted to golfers. Not only are there relocation sites devoted to golfers, there are a number of Realtors who specialize in golf relocations. Here a just a few. Keying in golf and communities in general, you will find Arizona to be the standout state for golf course community and Realtor sites, with California a close second and Florida third. The elegant site Living with the Game is devoted to the buying and selling of golf course community real estate in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Featured on the site are a Realtor directory of players, luxury golf property listings, luxury golf communities, title companies and lenders, developers and builders. Canadian Realtor Don Matheson has created a complete Arizona relocation center with homes, maps, golf courses, and ratings. An avid golfer, he will actively work to make the right match between you, your handicap, style of golf, and the golf course and community that is most suited to your work and family needs. Across the nation in the western Carolinas is golfer and buyer's agent Kenneth Jones who, like many relocating golfers was mismatched with his first home. He found the golf course he purchased land on was too hard on his knees, and eventually moved to another home, but the lesson he learned was how to represent a golfer/buyer so a mismatch isn't repeated. These are the kinds of sites you can find when you key in by state. For general relocation sites, the pickings are even richer. Under construction, but ready to deliver a great deal of potential service is the ReloGolf Network, the transferee's directory to great national golf and relocation services. Again, Realtors who are committed to you and the game are available for you to pick mail-order bride fashion. Whether you are buying a primary residence or second home, the brokers and Realtors who specialize in the golf home experience will provide you with specialized research capabilities to best inform and advise you with on-site expertise. Golf Media's Global Guide is neither global nor a complete guide, but it does offer some highlighted communities in Palm Springs and LaQuinta. This is another site which will be terrific when the content catches up with the concept. Comprehensive and glitzy, the GolfLink offers a hole-in-one site for all aspects of golf and real estate, with relevant and useful information and links to associations, courses, hotels/resorts, equipment manufacturers, merchandise, pro shops, real estate, schools, services, travel packages, classifieds and more. For a directory of golf organized by subject, check out GOLFonline Second Home Golf on the Web. Although the leads aren't always golf specific, they put you on the right road where you can key in your search criteria - homes, communities, Realtors or services. If you can't find the challenging golf and community you are looking for after visiting these sites, your company may just have to up the offer.
