The MSN HomeAdvisor online real estate service has signed new agreements with more than 600 real estate brokers and multiple listing services (MLSs) representing over 2,000 offices in 50 states. These new listing agreements follow dozens signed since the National Association of Realtors Exposition last month and continue an impressive string of deals inked by HomeAdvisor since the announcement of BrokerFirst. BrokerFirst, which provides real estate brokers with a free Web page to market their full suite of services to customers of HomeAdvisor, is free for life to all brokers who sign agreements with HomeAdvisor before Dec. 31, 1998. MLSs can also get BrokerFirst free for all of their member brokers by signing with HomeAdvisor before the end of the year. "HomeAdvisor and BrokerFirst will allow us to market our company, its services and listings to a greatly expanded group of home buyers," said John A. Sargent, president of Randall H. Hagner & Company in Washington, D.C. "As we enter our 95th year of real estate in the Nation's Capitol community, we are pleased with the enhanced technology HomeAdvisor enables us to offer. It is a direct benefit for both buyers and sellers and provides Hagner with a competitive edge in our marketplace." |
