SpringStreet, announced that it has signed an agreement with America Online, the world's leading interactive service. This partnership establishes SpringStreet's permanent presence in the AOL Real Estate Center with exclusive integration into the renter's screen page. Simultaneously, the company announced that it changed its name from AllApartments to SpringStreet and enhanced its Web site to give people an easy, stress-free way to find their perfect place.

AOL's more than 15 million members now have easier access to SpringStreet's 6.5 million listings, as well as its ability to meet their moving-related needs, from address changes and truck rentals to renter's insurance and finding neighborhood information. With the help of SpringStreet, AOL members can confidently begin the moving process with the most comprehensive information available.

"Our agreement with America Online makes finding the right rental listings and information about moving more convenient than ever for AOL members," said John Helm, CEO of SpringStreet. "Together, we offer AOL members the ability to easily find and match up with the best online apartment and moving resources. AOL members will benefit from having easy access to SpringStreet's comprehensive service, and SpringStreet should benefit from the increased exposure through AOL." About SpringStreet
