GMAC Home Services announced today the appointment of Randy Rodriguez to senior vice president of GMAC Relocation Services, Inc., a unit of GMAC Home Services. His responsibilities include aligning and integrating the company's sales and marketing activities with those of GMAC Mortgage, GMAC Home Services, and the GM Family Division.

Rodriguez has 20 years experience in the home finance and banking industry. He joined GMAC Mortgage in 1986 as a loan officer in Troy, Mich., was promoted to branch manager in 1988 and then to area manager in 1989. He joined the GM Family Division in 1995 as vice president and national account manager and has served in that capacity until the present.

Prior to joining GMAC Mortgage, Rodriguez was vice president, regulatory/lending for U.S. Mutual Financial Corporation, and a savings and loan examiner for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board.

He received a BBA in finance and management from Western Michigan University in 1979.
