Realtor.com Replaces Agent Simple With iLEAD
by Blanche Evans

Realtor.com is retiring Agent SIMPLE, a program of web-based marketing and communications and is introducing a more advanced product - iLEAD(tm).

iLEAD is an all-in-one Internet marketing system designed to enhance the real estate professionals' image and listings on integrated websites. With iLEAD, agents are provided with a personalizable multi-page web site designed to simplify communication between potential home sellers or buyers, other real estate professionals and themselves. The improvements are a vast improvement in functionality and value over the single page advertising solution found with Agent SIMPLE.

The website product comes in multiple configurations from Silver to Platinum, with modules that can easily be added, creating a truly customizable tool for the customer. Agents will have an unlimited ability to enhance their home listings on REALTOR.COM with showcase banners, additional photos and custom home descriptions. The agent's personal photo, email link and iLEAD website link will be automatically added to every one of their listings for the year.

Agent customers who are RE/MAX or Prudential affiliates, or part of the California Association of REALTORSŪ, will also automatically have their listings enhanced on those sites, based on HomeStore.com's web-hosting agreements with those entities.

iLEAD customers will also be entered into the REALTOR.COM REALTORŪ Yellow Pages, the largest online directory of REALTORSŪ.

Add-on products in the iLEAD product line are also available and include personal URLs, animated Messages for offices, and Featured Homes(tm), all of which take advantage of REALTOR.COM's traffic of six million visitors a month to both listings and to the REALTORŪ.
