OnePipeline.com Gets Fannie Mae Nod

With this week's green light from Fannie Mae, OnePipeline.com has now secured seller approval from the nation's largest loan product provider. Through OnePipeline.com RealPro loan originators, borrowers now have access to the largest offering of secondary loan products worldwide, helping them achieve the dream of home ownership.

Through the relationship with Fannie Mae, OnePipeline.com can extend the efficiencies of Fannie Mae's Automated Desktop Underwriter® System, an extension of MORNETPlus®, to over 6,000 loan originators via the Web and offer custom-tailored underwriting flexibilities, less cumbersome documentation requirements and fast loan decisions. The agreement also allows OnePipeline.com to sell Fannie Mae loans directly to its subscribers.

OnePipeline.com, powered by Real Estate Brokers Lending Service (ReBLS), is a business-to-business system that provides a front-to-back technology solution for the existing real estate and mortgage industries. The system allows loan originators to receive fees for services actually rendered. Its patent-pending Automated Compliance System® and Mortgage Management Process gives originators a structured web-based environment where they must meet and exceed RESPA requirements and state laws before receiving compensation.
