He is currently the Director for the Joint Center of Housing Services at Harvard University in Boston, where he also lectures. Booth is the former president of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Utah Association of Realtors® and has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He is currently president of Mansell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service commercial & investment brokerage and property management & development company, and previously was vice president of Mansell & Associates, Inc., a 16-office, 606-agent residential sales and relocation firm, both based in Salt Lake City.
