ARELLO's annual "Digest of License Laws" has been published and is now ready to fulfill its yearly role as "real estate's best resource."

The 2002 edition has been expanded to not only contain information on license recognition/reciprocity among North American jurisdictions, but also to include information on rules affecting the international practice of real estate.

The volume of real estate related cases has doubled in the newest edition as well, benefiting those who track the logic of courts and juries in creating new case law. The publication contains 50 pages of the usual popular statistics on the licensee population, licensing fees, examination scores and activities requiring licensure. Also included are policies on Internet advertising and referral fees.
