Fidelity National Information Solutions (Nasdaq: FNIS - news), the nation's most comprehensive source for real estate-related information services, data and technology solutions, announced today that Paragon(TM), its internet-based MLS system, is on track to becoming the nation's leading MLS software system. The most recent customer to declare for Paragon is New England's largest real estate MLS system organization, MLS Property Information Network, Inc. (MLSPIN), scheduled for installation in early June. MLSPIN members serve a large region within the state of Massachusetts, including the Boston metro area. Since the announcement of Paragon to the marketplace five months ago, seven new installations have been completed and are operational. Three hundred more Paragon MLS systems are scheduled for installation by the end of the year. Kathy Condon, President and CEO of MLSPIN states, ``Our 16,000 members have come to expect a fully featured MLS system backed by superior customer service. We based our decision to go parallel with Paragon on FNIS' ability to deliver the features our members want and the service they've come to expect.'' ``FNIS offers system and service reliability that is unparalleled in our industry,'' states Tim Harrison, Executive Vice President of FNIS' MLS Systems Division. ``Paragon has achieved a 100% up-time since our product launch. Our goal is to increase real estate professionals' productivity and earnings by providing them with the business intelligence and Internet-based technology solutions they need to speed transactions and reduce costs.'' An Internet-based MLS system, Paragon supports comprehensive listings searches, multiple property and photo viewing, integrated customer communication options, contact management, listings maintenance and links to an expansive array of other services. Paragon is designed to scale from the smallest to the largest MLS organizations with an open-architecture platform that provides customer flexibility, more frequent updates and third party options. In conjunction with Paragon, FNIS offers ListingView, an IDX framing subscription service that allows consumers to search and view standardized MLS information displayed by brokers and agents on their locally branded Web sites. |
