Homes.com and Showingtime Reach Agreement
by Realty Times Staff

Homes.com, a leading provider of Internet real estate products and services to Brokers and Agents, announced today that it has signed an Agreement with Showing Time, an Application Service Provider based in Chicago, IL.

ShowingTime offers a public access Appointment Request System (ShowingAlert ™) that automatically captures and routes leads, calendars showings and communicates to all parties, pre- and post- appointment. It is the first ever web-based service that captures a request for a face-to-face meeting with prospective buyers the moment they become interested in a listing. ShowingAlert ™ can be provided to the broker as a plug-in to the Homes.com BrokerAdvantage ™ website.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Homes.com can offer its Broker and Agent customers a highly efficient and cost-effective turn-key system to attract and manage website traffic in a way that will result in more leads, showings and sales. “Homes.com has built a strong platform, with hundreds of loyal brokers,” comments David Donenberg, CFO of ShowingTime. “Homes.com is the first national company to integrate ShowingAlert™ into its core system, making deployment for a broker as simple as defining a set of business rules for the service and then flipping a switch to make it live on their website.”

The ShowingTime system is designed to create a seamless experience for the buyer. Each property listing is activated with an interactive calendar allowing a potential buyer to request an appointment to see the property. It maintains a history for each unique buyer and unique property. The package also includes real-time, password protected online tracking and reporting, by office.

Fiona Beecy, Director of Strategic Sales and Account Management at Homes.com comments: “The Brokers that I meet are constantly looking for ways to turn website leads into revenue. Showing Time’s revolutionary ShowingAlert ™ service creates a natural bridge with which to guide the consumer from the customer’s website to an agreed upon showing appointment between the parties. We are enthusiastic about offering this technology to our customers”.
