Jeanne Bryson (Reporting on Chandler, AZ.) - Sales in the Chandler area remained strong for the month January, with an average sales price of $184,933 north of Pecos and $210,181 south of Pecos. The 503 homes that sold last month were on the market for an average of 55 days. New home construction sales are also very strong in the Southeast Chandler area, with builders offering very attractive incentives. More->



Sandi Shane (Reporting on Dover, DE.) - Dover pricing had been on a steady rise this past year, but recently the market has become neutral. Currently, it seems like homes are "sitting" on the market after having leveled off. In Kent County alone, approximately one-third of the home sales are new construction, but there's also a range of old and new homes, apartment complexes, and retired living available. More->



Mardell Culley (Reporting on Atlanta, GA.) - Overall market conditions for Atlanta remain strong and vibrant for several different sectors including first-time homebuyers, buyers "moving-up" to the $200-$350K price range, and investors seeking to capitalize on historically low interest rates.
