Dover pricing had been on a steady rise this past year, but recently the market has become neutral. Currently, it seems like homes are "sitting" on the market after having leveled off. In Kent County alone, approximately one-third of the home sales are new construction, but there's also a range of old and new homes, apartment complexes, and retired living available.
