The best kind of mailing to your past clients is basically free to you - clip and sent them little articles or email them Web pages that you think they'd find interesting. You should have a profile written on each one of your buyers and sellers that tells you, at minimum, the following:
Armed with the knowledge contained therein, just do the following. Every time you see a webpage or print publication page that would likely interest one of your prospects -- send it to him or her. That's it. If it is an email, write a nice cover note … something like this. Dear Jake: You can find information whether your client is a golf aficionado or a gourmet cook, or has other interests and email it to them. What could be easier? Plus, it's not a "canned" mailing. The recipients will feel that it's from your heart, just because you cared about them. Moreover, it's personalized to then. Try it beginning now.
