Market Conditions: Danville, California
by Realty Times Staff

In December, homes sold in Danville, California, for an average price of $920,000. The homes sold for 91% of asking price with an average time of 68 days on the market.

This city is often referred to as the "Heart of the San Ramon Valley," it is a lovely city that offers its residents small-town charm with big-city amenities.

But according to local brokers Joan Budne & Ted Elwell, the Danville housing market continues to struggle as pending sales have fallen for a fifth consecutive month.

And the housing inventory rose to an 8 month supply.

They report that the market is shifting, and if you think what happened this past spring is still happening today, you could miss some great opportunities.
