Market Conditions: Chandler, Arizona
by Realty Times Staff

Kent Gagon says the Real Estate Market in Chandler, Arizona, is showing signs of life again!

4209 total homes closed in March up from 3080 in February and the total number of homes pending sale continues to rise, currently at 6779.

Chandler shows a significant increase in the number of sold or closed homes in March compared to January and February, Gagon Says.

So what does the future look like for this market?

All signs seem to indicate that the market is starting it's slow turn around or at least that they have hit the so called "bottom" of the price curve in most areas.

One thing to take note of -- Gagon says many areas of Arizona--including Chandler -- are currently seeing an influx of Canadian Cash as many Canadian buyers take advantage of the great deals throughout the area to buy 2nd homes and investment properties.

Our market expert Kent Gagon has been specializing in new and resale home sales in the Arizona Southeast Valley for 10 years. He has sold over 300 homes in that time and believes in a consistent and never ending improvement in his business and client relationships.
