According to local experts Dennis and Sunshine Smith, the area includes a wide range of cities -- where prices start low in the northern community of Oceanside and rise as you move South. They report, "Oceanside is the most reasonable with prices for condos starting in the high $100,000's to $2.5 million, and houses starting in the $300,000's and going to $4.6 million.
