The National Association of Home Builders is reporting that buyers may returning to the market. This comes on the tails of low interest rates, stabilizing prices, and a tax credit refund of $8,000. "Today's market offers an incredible opportunity with the unprecedented combination of a 40-year low in interest rates, prices returning to normal levels in many markets, and limited-time tax incentives," said Joe Robson, chairman of the National Association of Home Builders and a home builder from Tulsa, Okla. The National Association of Realtors' statistics concur, showing a 3.2 percent increase in pending home sales from February to March. |
