Well, I thought the article did a very good job of warning consumers of what they "might" encounter as a seller or buyer. Having represented buyers only for the last 10 years I myself have experienced several of these issues when representing my buyer-clients from a few bad apples.
For those of you who are ethical beyond reproach, I'd think you'd welcome questions like these from a consumer so you could respond in a responsible manner, which could lead you to have the consumer become your client.
I see nothing wrong with a more educated public, do you?
