Your post didn't drive me away. It's the state of affairs in this industry in general that have forced me to pursue other endeavors.

I think as a whole Realtors have been entirely too complacent about their role in this whole mess and it's catching up with them. They started swallowing the NAR "the sky is falling" bullshit about 4 years ago and the whole time they've been looking up, the wolf has been picking their pockets.

I'm still a fairly young guy and I think there is a place for someone who lives by the rules of truth and honesty in business. Maybe nice guys finish last but at least I can sleep at night knowing that I didn't lie to my clients and laugh at them behind their backs.

Like I said before, keep up the good fight, I surrender.
