In all of the articles I see about ePro, agents who haven't finished the course have been addressed, but I have yet to see those of us who completed the course (late in the year), and to this date haven't received any acknowledgment, paperwork, etc from anyone. I was totally surprised when I sent an email to find out of a requirement that was NEVER mentioned, which was providing a marketing plan to our broker. That would be fine, but there was also no discussion of who to contact when you provide this. It's been very frustrating.
