No Listings For Bank Of America, Says Realtor.com |
God, I love this line!!!
"We want to listen to real estate community," says Ozonian. "If they don't like what we're doing, all they have to do is weigh in."
I guess Steve, you have not been listening and have let Stuart Wolff do your thinking for you. Brokers and Agents have been SCREAMING! for sometime now...you and your cronies are just not in the same world as your associates.
Steve, next time you provide quotes and such insightfulness, please email all of the associates. I for one would like ample warning so I can put my hip boots on...because the homestore/NAR/realtor.com septic tank on Press Releases and representation is getting very deep.
Another good line that needs to be framed:
"We are a fast moving company, and we will make mistakes," says Ozonian, "But when we make them, we act quickly to solve them."
The only "FAST" you and homestore have in mind is purely money. YOU do NOT own the listings gentlemen! WE the brokers and agents do! How can you simply make a mistake like placing listings on a Bank site? Good God man! That site should have never been developed.
On parting...Steve, how many Cendant associates get FREE websites? Where do leads get sold if an agent or broker is not paying for a realtor.com website? and finally what date does homestore plan to announce it's merger with a banking organization such as Bank of America?
Just questions that maybe you can spin a little on.
