Would the Austin Board of Realtors be so upset if e-Realty wasn't discounting commissions? They article says they are charging sellers less and giving buyers a rebate. That is probably a big part of the reason the Austin Board is trying to stop them, and price fixing is against the law. The Austin residents should speak out for their right to choose.
