My only disagreement with this article is that Richard seems to cut NAR a bit of slack at times by seemingly not wanting to be too critical of NAR. I believe NAR deserves all the critism possible and that all realtors should be giving it to them with both barrels. As a participant in RealTalk, there hardly isn't a day that goes by with one realtor or another complaing about NAR, Realtor,com, Cendant,etc. Somewhere along the line, NAR has totally forgotten who they are serving and who they owe allegiance to. They have taken on the role of many large unions in this country that are more interested in themselves and their posturing then they are in their membership.
