The N.A.R. Responds to WebSuite Series

Semantics - Esphere is just Websuite in Disguise

I was there when Websuite was taken over by Mark Anderson and his armed goons. The Websuite stockholders and Anderson, a shrewd lawyer, created a new company called 'Esphere' so they could protect the only money making product at Websuite - ePro.
The only reason Websuite filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy is because a class action suit by former employees was forcing them into chapter 7 'forced' bankruptcy and would award those former employees double damages for unpaid wages and insurance claims.
From what I've been told, the servers that house ePro & eSphere are to be moved offsite soon in possible violation of the bankruptcy law.
I cannot blame the NAR for believing all the tripe they've been fed, but I would expect they would research the situation a bit before embarassing themselves with such an inaccurate letter.
The NAR is protecting its investment ($$$), just as the shareholders & principles at Websuite and Esphere have done. But one must question the ethics of "dancing with the devil".
