Will Realtor.com's Value-add-ons Increase I-LEAD Sales?

Why XLerator is free

Because that's what it's worth. (almost)

Having taken XLerator for several test drives there is no way HomeStore could get me to pay any extra for, or buy XLerator.

This dog won't hunt and here's why.

I logged onto my XLerator this morning and it said I had 1355 "prospects" found (suspects would be a better word). After looking some of these potential buyers over I find that the vast majority are from other geographical areas sometimes hundreds of miles from my market.

Additionally these 1,355 "prospects" are on 135 separate pages. So I'm supposed to soft through all of this to send a minimal proposal to an anonoymous suspect. That would take several hours of time a day! Don't think so.

And even if I did have more time on my hands than I know what to do with this turkey moves incredibly slow. I'm on an ISDN line at home and a T-1 line at my office and it's still slooooooooowwwwww.

Finally after my few test drives I've racked up six pages of "proposals" or offers in "XLeratorTM: Offer Tracker* - Step 3" and they all say today "Pending Review
No Contact Initiated" so I guess that in order to even see if someone wants you then you have to visit "Offer Tracker" every day too to review it to see if any of your proposals to anonoymous, potential buyers have been acted on and someone wants you to contact them. Another daily hour spent reviewing Offer Tracker"

I won't even go into the fact that this thing looks like a cheap knock off of HomeGain.

No thank you HomeStore. I appreciate your efforts to add value to my iLEAD page but XLerator is not it. I'm XLerating on to bigger and better things.
