Good article. But how can this be applied, if at all, to reports produced by real estate appraisers?
Our reports are handled by many different parties including end-users who mine the data to construct a database which is ultimately used to produce reports which would otherwise be made by professional appraisers.
No one seems (or cares) to recognize any rights the original appraiser may have in these reports. Do you have an opinion on any this?
