If the shoe fits, wear it.... anyone who has been in the business for any length of time knows that these thing do happen and is condoned by the industry. The hero or heroine of real estate is the big producer, the one that can produce the dollars both for themselves and the organization they represent. No one wants to rock the boat and as long as this attitude prevails, the fiduciary abuses will continue. How long will it take before the hard working ethical practitioner realizes that they are getting an undeserved reputation because of industry abuses and say, enough is enough.
