For those of you interested in finding web site alternatives to Homes.com, I strongly recommend Advanced Access. I have known the owners, John & Jerra Morris, since 1998 and have found them to be honest and very good at what they do. I am an agent in San Diego and designed a very simple custom site with Advanced Access in 1999. This year alone I have sold 5 homes (3 listings/2 buyers), I have referred 8 other leads, am currently working with several more buyers, will take another listing Wednesday evening & I have 3 more cma requests since Sunday all from people who wouldn't have known to contact without my website. I will add a buyers agent in the next few weeks. Over the past 12 months, my Advanced Access site has averaged 8000 unique visitors, 15,492 page views & 46,486 hits per MONTH. We are now redesigning this website and will be adding 20 additional sites this year. All will be AA sites. I got burned by Web Suite, harassed by Homes.com telemarketers, and I feel bad for all who lost money with either of these companies. I wouldn't recommend John & Jerra if I thought there would be any risk, and I have no financial interest in their company. I haven't even offered them a testimonial letter.
