WOW! Only $255 per year.

Jim thats a great price. Perhaps if everybody else paid such a modest amount for the same services they would look at it the same way that you do. Try this.

County Board Dues $400.00 per year
MRIS FEE $660.00 per year
Key Pad Fee $ 35.00 per year

Total $1095.00 per year

Now Jim this does not count the initial start up fees of approximately $450.00 or the astronomical charges for violations for wrong information or not putting the right status in on time. (gets charged to both the broker and agent) Do you believe that the actually pay someone to sit there and look for violations and if there is one they take the money out of both accounts until, and if, you can prove them wrong. You see Jim I personaly think it's about time that we stop sitting around whatching the grass grow and get our lawn mowers out and cut some of this crap up. Please consider the whole picture starting with the mess at Homestore our "Realtor site".
