Yes, finally, someone else who sees that the Emperor is wearing no clothes! Had a conversation with associates just this morning about my doubts that we "Realtors" really receive any benefit at all from being members of the various levels of boards. All we receive is bills for dues! How absurd! I don't feel like paying another dime.
