A Positive Development ?

If the sellers agent were present as well, this model provides a unique time saving method to negotiate the contract. Let me suggest that all parties meet at the listing agents office, seller agent, sellers, buyer agent, buyers. The buyers and sellers are in separate conference rooms within the office. Both agents enter the seller conference room, and the buyer agent presents the contract. When finished, the seller agent would have the opportunity to advise the seller. If a counteroffer is made, both agents would then enter the buyers conference room and the seller agent would then have the opportunity to present the counter offer to the buyers and when finished the buyer agent could advise his buyers. This process could continue until the contract was completed. This is an ideal circumstance for the agent !!! But what about the clients? Isn't it possible or even likely that both the buyer and seller motives and top and bottom lines would be exposed inadvertently. Probably. Hummmm.....
This sounds a bit risky to me. Maybe change for changes sake is a bad idea !
