It seems to me that the value of any "home buying site" is greatly diminished if they do not have the entire inventory of homes that are actually for available on the site - including FSBOs. Sure, it's convenient to have neighborhood info, school reports, loan info, etc. on the "home buying site" as well, but there are other sources (sites) that have this data as well. What NO ONE has, and what I want, is ALL THE INVENTORY. If I have to visit multiple sites to view the entire inventory of homes meeting my criteria, none of the sites will live up to my expectations no matter what ancilliary information they might have. Is this really too much to ask?
