Doing Your Homework
Posted By: TrackMy - 03/27/2001 04:05 PM
Bob,
First, the company name is TrackMy.com, not MyTrack.
Secondly, my reason for responding to the agents post, was because we care. We are not trying to just scrape up the remains, we are offering a stable home. I started this business under this ideal many years ago, and I would be happy to provide you with names and phone numbers of any of our clients, they will all concurr.
and finally, You are right in one respect, agents should do their homework. And if you investigate our company, here are some of the things you will find.
We have approximately 700 agents and brokers in So. Cal. We have NEVER lost a client in 7 years. Up to this point, we have not done ANY marketing, our business is built from relationships. Our products work. We get prospect leads at the agent and broker level on an average of over 200 per day, with only 700 clients. Our HomeSearch marketing system sends out an average of 6500 emails per day with listings that match the buyers criteria. Our followup system gets an average of 100 highly qualified buyers each week. These are people that are turning into actual sales becuase our system creates a relationship with the agent. And we can prove it.
You are the only person that has ever called us fancy, in fact, we are known for not doing fancy at all, we are functional, we get the job done, and we are here to stay.
